WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your sewing kit includes :
- The 3 selected fabrics according to the chosen box, pre-cut to the right dimensions
- 3 spools of thread from Gütermann (100m each), in colors matching the selected fabrics
- 60 cm of elastic
- 3 < disclothed > paris labels to sew in, woven in the south of France
- A technical sheet including QR codes redirecting you to the digital assembly guide and the complete video tutorial

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Master the straight stitch on your sewing machine
- Perform a backstitch (lockstitch)
- Gather fabric using elastic
- Sew a fabric label “inserted” between two layers of fabric
- Sew a topstitch (or a decorative ridge seam)
DIFFICULTY LEVEL
The < 90’s > scrunchies are perfect as a first sewing project : they are very easy and quick to make, and will help you get familiar with your sewing machine if you have just acquired it.
We will guide you through learning the basics of sewing, and review with you the essential concepts to know, such as the grainline, sewing "right sides together," and seam allowances, so that you can confidently move on to more complex projects in the future.

- Know how to thread your machine and perform basic settings (stitch length and selection)
COMPLETION TIME
1 hour to 2 hours to sew the 3 scrunchies
SEAM ALLOWANCES
The seam allowances are 0.7 cm here
