Returns
Want to return a product? No problem! To make a return, please email us at hello@disclothed-paris.com or complete the form below to let us know.
Please include your order number, the returned product(s), and the reason for the return. We will then contact you to arrange the return, which we will cover in full in mainland France (return delivery). Any delivery charges originally paid by the Customer when placing the order will not be refunded.
Any customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped outside of mainland France are the customer's responsibility.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met (used or damaged product), <disclothed> paris reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, the Customer will not be able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
If you are responsible for arranging the return (outside mainland France), we recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims in the event of loss or theft.
When the order was accompanied by a conditional gift – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed.
Digital products like our PDF patterns or our custom-made/personalized products are not eligible for returns and refunds.
