Functioning
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our gift cards (paper or digital) are valid on the entire site for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
They can therefore be used on all our products, only on the website www.disclothed-paris.com: sewing kits and patterns, HANDMADE FOR YOU models (we sew them for you in our Parisian workshop), fabrics from major luxury brands and haberdashery.
They function as payment methods and can therefore be combined with any offers or discount codes you may have.
However, it is not possible to purchase a gift card with a discount code, nor is it possible to return a gift card to us for a refund.
Use
HOW TO USE OUR GIFT CARDS?
It's easy! Choose the product(s) you'd love from our e-shop, then confirm your shopping cart. On the checkout page, simply enter your gift card code to deduct the amount from your order.
If you have not spent the entire amount of the gift card, you can use your code again on your next order until you reach the balance.
When you order an e-gift card, you'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by the gift card code in a second email. You can, if you wish, send the digital gift card directly to the recipient: you can choose the date they'll receive it if you don't want them to receive it right away.
The paper gift card works exactly the same way as the e-gift card, but instead of receiving your code by email, you'll receive it on a pretty, thick card by post. The paper gift card is sent blank, so you can add a personalized note to the recipient.

WHAT IS THE SWATCH BOOK?
Our Swatch Book includes samples of all our remaining luxury fabrics (around fifteen depending on stock). The Swatch Book option costs €15.00 and allows you to better appreciate the quality of our fabrics before making your choice.
When you purchase a Swatch Book, you'll also receive a €15 discount code valid for your next order. In other words, by choosing, for example, a €50 gift card with the Swatch Book option, you're actually giving your loved one a €65 gift.
The Swatch Book is made up of large samples (15 cm by 15 cm) so you can see how each of our fabrics drapes. They are made one by one by hand in our Parisian workshop. It was important for us to be able to offer it to you, because we know how difficult it is to appreciate the quality of our fabrics on a screen.
