How to take your measurements when sewing?
To measure your hips, take a tape measure and measure around your hips: that is, at the widest point (across your buttocks). Do not tighten, and do not add a margin. We already add an allowance when we make the pattern.
Our < cedar > mini skirt has LOTS of gathers, so you'll never run the risk of not fitting into it! That said, if you have any doubts, don't hesitate to send us an email at hello@disclothed-paris.com, and we'll be happy to get back to you within 24-48 hours.
